What a surprise! The rooms were all unexpected bonuses. They smelled so clean and fresh that I hated to leave, although they were a little smaller than I'm used to. The hotel allowed us to store bags before check-in, and there was a nice complimentary snack bar available.

The service was top-notch. The staff were so nice that I'd go back for sure. They were friendly and helpful, asking if I needed anything else. Unfortunately, there was a small oversight on the second day with the coffee pot not being cleaned properly.

The location was very convenient, close to the airport but without being right on the main traffic loop. The airport shuttle was great, with a very courteous driver. It's the hotel's top advantage.

The dining experience was very good and much better than the breakfasts I have had at other hotels that cost more money. However, it could have had more variety and was a little slow in providing service.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a pool/spa area that was well-maintained. They offered dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops/services, and laundry. Additionally, they had a free airport shuttle service and a welcome drink.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious enough and quiet enough for our toddler to run around, and they had everything that we could need, especially after a long flight. It was nice and comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. However, there were some issues with the service being rude after a mistake with the pool booking, and they were indifferent to a reasonable request outside their norm.
